Our insights into design.

Child care centre design takes ingenuity, insight and a totally different sense of scale – all housed within an efficient, attractive structure. Parents
want their children to have the best. A centre should be safe, secure, aesthetically pleasing, stimulating and capable of providing the best learning environment.

DETAILS
Child care centres are licensed by the Department of Community Services. Meeting those requirements means the developer/operator must satisfy all aspects of the Children Services Act, including space ratios, staffing, policy development, health and safety. CCDA has the expertise to meet those needs.

DEVELOPMENT
Site location – both the nature of the property as well as its location, has strong bearing on the success and smooth operation of a centre. They
should be built on vacant land or incorporated in suitably designed buildings, zoned accordingly close to main roads preferably near the commercial end of a community and close to schools and public transport.
